Dog Microchip

Microchipping a Dog

Microchipping is the easiest and most reliable way to have permanent identification for your dog. Microchips can be given to your dog at any age and is a quick needle poke like a vaccine.

Why is it a good idea to microchip my dog?

Microchips unlike tattoos can’t fade with time. Most microchips are used around the world for a safe way to reunite dogs with their owners if lost.

How does microchipping work and is it safe for my dog?

Microchips are like a grain of rice under your dog’s skin. The microchip is implanted into your dogs’ skin by its shoulder blades, it’s sterile when it’s inserted.

How much does it cost to microchip a dog?

Please call our office to discuss pricing.
