Non-invasive diagnostic tools used to identify internal issues and provide targeted medical care.
The Campbell River Veterinary Hospital has digital x-ray for our clients. Digital x-ray limits the need for repeat x-rays and therefore minimizes radiation to your pet. Digital x-rays provide a clear picture for the vet to evaluate. We also can send our x-rays to a board-certified radiologist to review.
X-rays are used for diagnostic purposes and to detect many problems such as broken bones, cancers, foreign body ingestion, bloat and trauma.
Our team will let you know what you need to do for your dog to prepare for x-rays. Usually, we need your dog fasted overnight.
Please call to discuss prices.
