Dr. India Fay was born and raised in Australia before immigrating to Canada in her early twenties after being persuaded by a handsome Canadian man — whom she is still happily married to today. She and her husband have twin boys, two cats, and two dogs, making for a lively and animal-filled household.
Dr. Fay obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of Calgary, graduating in 2021. She has particular professional interests in diagnostic ultrasound, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry.
She loves working at Campbell River Veterinary Hospital because of the amazing, hardworking, and good-humoured staff she gets to work alongside every day.
Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys skiing, biking, and spending evenings around a beach fire with friends whenever time allows.
